Students enrolling for Kindergarten for 2010-11 must have been born on or before December 2, 2005. The following are required for enrollment:
* Proof of Residence: Utility Bill (gas or electric), Rental Contract, Deed
* Proof of Age: Birth Cert., Baptismal Cert, Passport, School Records
* Up-to-date immunizations: CA. Immunization Card, School or Doctor Records,
* Physical Exam & TB Test - Required for all incoming Kindergarten & students new to California Schools.
* Dental Check-Up - Required for all incoming Kindergarten and students enrolling for the first time in a public school.
